Nature of Change

Friday First

“Beginnings begin with a thought and continue with action.”

         -Me?

Finally! I have found the time to write on this blog that I love so much for the people that have given me the energy and inspiration to keep writing in the first place.

environment-2443922_960_720

I have been studying in Israel for the last few weeks, and it has been an experience unlike any other. My day consists of classes and meals, maybe an hour of free time, and a hike from time to time just to get the blood pumping. Beauty is the embodiment of where I live, with mountains in the distance, palm trees, and the views I have on a daily basis really help my creative writing in a big way. The impact my surroundings have had on me is something which I would like to expand on today.

Situational Circumstances

Many factors can lead to change in our lives, and these varying changes will hopefully have a positive affect on our lives. Change does not have to mean a total opposite, or different factor then a more familiar one. There can be improvement that we see as change, just as a person can still eat ice cream, but only at the right occasions, and will feel better about his control over his desires.

Many of us feel a missing link within our lives and believe we can fill it with more of the same, as long as we keep upping the ante. This is obviously not true, since we know that the definition of insanity is to keep repeating the same actions and expecting different results.

Proof From The Past

Last year I also studied in Israel and if you have read previous posts, you know I loved it. Although, I knew that I did not live up to my full potential, or accomplish all that I wanted to in the place I was last year, mentally and physically. Guess what? I changed my surroundings by applying to a different program and getting new visa paperwork, and all the other processes which I went through to make this switch occur. Of course I had help from my family to make this happen, and that really gave me the power to overcome my weaknesses and push myself to accomplish what I needed to achieve.

The change I am seeing on a daily basis is astounding, and I can thank my willpower, along with the proper environment which I put myself in.

I really missed writing to ya’ll, and reading your incredible thoughts. Peace until next week 🙂

Emotion Steps Forward

Monday Munch

“Prepare for the worst, expect the best, know the reality.”

                                                                             -Me?

We always want the best possible outcome, it is just natural. For most of us though, what plagues our minds are the less then positive endings which we think are more likely to happen. The fear of being let down is so great, that we actually believe that the world has a negative outcome waiting for us to walk into.

maybe-2084778_960_720

The reasoning? Fear of lurching towards our goal.

More times then not, patience and logic bring out the best outcome, but there are instances where we must simply lurch toward the goal we have set for ourselves. An un-explainable action caused by a moment of inspiration is all we need to push ourselves into the next step of our adventure.

We can use our emotions to achieve what we need to accomplish, they can go awry, but hopefully we can set ourselves on such a strong path, that nothing will be able to divert our focus…

The Mission

Thursday Third

face-1468274_960_720

“Committing one’s whole life to the service of their dreams will result in their dreams becoming reality.”

                                                                                                             -Me?

The way we go about our everyday lives, seems to tell us more about ourselves then any of the extraordinary instances that occur within it. It is very interesting how we let these small actions pass us by without a thought, when all we need is one thought to learn something incredible!

teaching-311356_960_720

The Lesson

The single most important thing we can learn from this world, is that our purpose is what we make it, and if we have a goal, then reaching it requires all of your willpower and motivation to accomplish. There is nothing that can stand in your way, and nothing that has the ability to halt your dreams.

As our lives unfurl, there many ways we can let it go, but only one way we can shape it towards. When we dream, we must sleep, as to not hit the world too hard with an unexplained greatness. By dreaming while we walk, while we eat, and while we relax, we are building a world to shape into the path that we plan on heading.

When your life is your dream, then what does a measly challenge mean to you?

How can a hiccup in life be more important than what you will accomplish on this earth?

There are no wrongs to right, or mistakes to pave over, there is only what you will accomplish and how you will accomplish it.

target-1747234_960_720

The Mission

Being able to focus on the future is the second step of becoming your goal, right after accepting the fact that you have a mission. A soldier is able to push past normal human boundaries, and will constantly do the impossible. They are able to do this because of the singular fact, that it must be done, there is no cost. Nothing is important, but the mission; and once this is accepted we can accomplish something bigger then ourselves.

That my friends, is the key; we can live our life for ourselves, but than we would never be able to accomplish more then ourselves. By living according to what we need, we limit ourselves to the point of only seeing what must be done, and not what can be.

Caring is good, being selfish is good, although, do we always care for the right things, and are we selfish for the right reasons?

Reminder of Our Purpose

Monday Mince

flower-2373000_960_720

“Just one thorn can cut, imagine what a plant working with itself can accomplish.”

                                                                                        -Me?

Anybody who has ever felt like they were fighting an unbeatable battle, where the enemy knew more about you then you did, where at every turn you were out-smarted and ruined, then you might be at war with yourself. Each and every living thing has different parts that work in unison, but can just as easily destroy each other. If our brain does not give our body the reports of what it is thinking and feeling then our internal organs will cease to be of use. In turn, what if our body decided that it has had enough of following orders? Then our brain will loose all purpose. It is a simple equation of either loving oneself enough to help ourselves, or to be so consumed by hatred that we will ignore the fact that we are the ones tearing down our own future.

flowers-181223_960_720

Purpose

When we search for meaning, we only want what we think we already know. Acceptance is the step to everything, and accepting the fact that we all need purpose, whether it is self given or not, is extremely important. For us to look at life, at every living thing, and find its purpose, then the power of sadness can never touch our soul ever again. Depression is the epitome of the lack of purpose, if we have purpose we have happiness.

Usefulness

There are points in our lives that we can help, and even do a great deal in the service of someone else’s lives, in a positive way. This may not be our purpose, but just as the body is one of the most essential parts of the body, it is still useful to the brain, it can have the ability to give purpose and still forfeit its own importance for a bit at a time.

A point in our lives might give us a prickle here or there, but in the end the point is what we were seeking the whole time.

Music that Brings us Together

Thursday Throwback (actually)

“The hero saves the day, but what of the war?”

                                                              -Me?

I happen to love the word Symphony, there is something about it that opens my mind to the many complexities of the world. I could safely say it is one of my favorite words; actually I wrote a post about it back when I first started. Take a look-

A Wonderful Symphony of Emotions

I certainly have improved my writing since then, that’s for sure. There was a great deal of intensity in that post, at the time I thought it needed to be said, so here it is.

Today, I would like to talk about a new form of symphony, something which defies our understanding of unity. This concept is not the classic music, or partnership post which you will probably find, (even though I love those.) As you know I love diving into the reasoning behind the basic attributes of human life, so, what can we thank for unity being an integral part of accomplishment and overall positivity?

First we must go through the establishments that work off this concept.

  • Marriage

  • Partnerships (Corporate, Health, or any goal oriented team)

  • Music

heart-1721592_960_720

Marriage

The love we feel, the need we have to satisfy, and the passion we use to attain it. This is the ultimate use of our aforementioned topic. A symphony of emotion which places itself in-between two different people, somehow bringing them closer. This is the only type of unity which must separate, just to unite in the end.

partnership-526413_960_720

Partnerships

Have you worked in an office which has not used this concept to bring better results? For example, we may be good at our jobs, an incredible bodybuilder, or even the slickest crime lord, but even someone who specializes in crime has a “partner in crime.” This is the symphony of accepting our own faults, and then doing something about them.

sheet-music-277277_960_720

Music

We all love it, use it, and create it. The sounds of the world have evolved so much since the day they were created, and we have used them to uplift our spirits and motivate our souls. This is the symphony of creation, and what we can do if we would put our knowledge together to help the poor and assist the stubborn. The bond between each of us will accomplish more then the lonely one man band, and the groups which creates the magic we listen to prove this to us every day.

I have put Unity together in this format to show everyone that our love, commitment, and willingness to succeed has created this concept. We are the symphony, the instruments and all we see around us…

Being Everyone Else

Smooth Sunday

seat-2472008_960_720

If you have been reading my content then you realize I sometimes write these posts which take a familiar and accepted concept, then break it down and re-build it in a way which can be used by us in the most productive way.

Well, This is One of Those

Everyone wants to feel like they want to belong within their realm of reality. Part of what helps build a society is the collaborative wanting of a group of people to be the one who contributed what was needed. Belonging is meaning, and once we find meaning our search is over.

Lots of psychologists and therapists will understandably recommend getting comfortable around other people; while they say to feel positive and happy in your own skin as well. While this isn’t a paradox, it is still a challenging feat to achieve. Just think about this one line of thought, if one is comfortable with others, does this mean that peace is on the inside, or is the facade just that, a facade.

Come closer

Ignoring the Possibilities

What we are does not have to do with what we decide to be okay with, or what others decide is good for us to accept. What we are, is the manisfestation of all the possibilities and reality which occurs within our range of knowledge. That is what we can be and what we are, not what we are willing to accept. We live with ourselves everyday, and to say that we are what we vbelive is to ignore the rest which we do not have control of.

That is not to say there isn’t hope for more to become, it just means the possibilities of success were just increased by 100%…

Healthy Home, Happy Soil

Tuesday Truffle

beach-832346_960_720

The first step to recovery is admitting the problem is a reality. That is what they say anyway; but where does the motivation come from to even such things?

Before a city is created there must be a foundation from which to build up from. To believe in someone, there must be proof of trust. This shows the only way to be a sturdy healthy productive human being, is to have a sturdy foundation from which to grow. Integrating this into our lives can change the way we think about every step-to-step process which we read or write about. How can we put our lives in the hands of an entity with no trustworthy source of power.

park-bench-338429_960_720

Family

Coming from a healthy home is valued and cherished extensively because of this specific concept. Parents are on the front lines and the ones that try their best deserve recognition beyond what we could give them. Ultimately though, the individual will get to a point where they must make a decision and only rely on their own past and instinct.

Where do you think the decision making skills come from?

We as adults have the responsibility to make sure the future generations have the abilities they need to be independent. The soil from which we grow can only be as fruitful as the water, sunlight, and other nutrients allow it.

Give yourself a fighting chance not all of us are lucky enough to start growing with the healthiest of foundations…

Savor the Taste of the Selfless

Sunday Self

When we care about something, usually we feel the need to protect it in anyway possible. There is no higher form of flattery then the wanting of closeness between you and whatever it is you hold dear.

What keeps this concept in our reality?

How does the emotion work?

Why is it needed?

Reasons for the Soul

Is it our selfish minds which create this need, so we don’t lose something that is close to us?

Or

Does our selflessness keep begging for more to be done for others?

Knowing which reason drives a decision can help identify why we do things, so we can do them better. If we are familiar with our inspiration, then our resolve will harden to a point of no return. Nothing will have the ability to discourage us from becoming the people we want to be. The same principle applies when you love someone you are willing to work toward a healthy decision between the one you love and yourself.

Unknowing Legends

Everyone one of us has the power to do the right thing, but if you take a nap because your lazy and not because you want to be able to accomplish more the rest of the day; then the results will differ and nothing will be keeping you afloat besides your selfishness. We can do so much more by tapping into the power of the positive reasons behind our actions. Just like a car runs better on gas then soda, we are more productive with the right motives guiding our lives.

Differences of Work and Wonder

Workin’ Wednesday

There is a song by Breaking Benjamin called Bury Me Alive —

Here’s it is on their VEVO

This term is used when you don’t want to necessarily die, buuut you’d rather skip whatever you are experiencing at the moment. Unfortunately this situation occurs more often then not and this is the way to dig out from whatever is keeping you buried.

Unburiel

We as humans base our decision making on what we want out of our lives. Being the selfish species we are, usually there is a path which will take us to the destination of our choice. This destination becomes a must instead of the want it was, to forcibly motivate ourselves in the face of impossible odds. this is needed as part of the adventure because of the hardships we sometimes endure. The need also increases the euphoric feeling once we achieve one of the many milestones which we put up for ourselves along the way. once we realize this and accept this, there is nothing left but the want to succeed that will bring you to your constant goal.

footprint-2431025_960_720

Willpower

Happiness is a constant, not something which will finally be there permanently once we achieve it. Although, once accomplished, happiness in its purest form will be much easier to grasp, every time it is achieved. Accept and use this knowledge to motivate you in the direction of all of your milestones still untouched.

Simply want to see light, want yourself to succeed continuously, and the world will stop forcing your need and nurse your growth.

Also i’d like to point out it is Net Neutrality Day of Action, so go free people!!!

See the Path Walk the Thought

Tuesday Turnover

pexels-photo-281279
Ah the relentless beauty of educational paper. Writing is the time where we can put our, once unspeakable thoughts, can be expressed. Now let us use this power to understand the way we can see beauty in the world around us, even with the dark cloud of negativity surrounding our view-port of life.
Have you ever walked outside looking for something you just can’t put your finger on; something alluding in every Corey of your mind. Then, once you reach that first ray of sunshine, it is just the world. All we see are the cars passing, the clouds parting, the people passing, or nothing, nothing at all. What we hoped would help us travel to our final destination, has been there the whole time, nothing new nothing less. There was hope to find an answer, and what was there was only the expected, the known.

There is a way to see your truth.

There is a way to see something new.

Then there is a way to see the predicted.

telescope-122960_960_720
When I walk outside on a productive day, I don’t just see the darkened clouds, I see the sun doing its best right behind. Choices are the epitome of our existence, it is what makes us more then our fellow creations. It is unfortunate that even when we share our truth with another, they can only see a glimpse of what we are trying impose on their world; but only an individual can decide for ones self, and that decision is the only way to see happiness and feel the light.
So, next time we start to let the corners of our vision darken, try to use your truth, and only yours, to find the light.
