When the average person first attempts at going to sleep he/she usually thinks about the last thing that he/she focused on. That could mean a book to a tv show to a conversation to a purchase or even a call. This line of thought usually goes on to give us a perspective of the situation from an overseerers view which can shed light onto darker situation.
Our understanding of every situation we find ourselves are limited by the view our personal mix of logic plus emotion let us see. If we can learn to close our eyes while seeing we can begin to see the truth in our lives.
